The Rose Award goes to David Murphy of the Texas Rangers, who went
three-for-five with five RBI and scored two runs in a 11-5 win over
the Kansas City Royals.

Murphy hit two home runs, including his first career grand slam.

Texas trailed, 5-1, after six innings, but sent 10 men to the plate in
a seven-run seventh, tying its biggest inning this season.
