Rehab was unsuccessful, he needs surgery to repair the compression
fracture in his knee.  He'll be out 5-6 months in rehabilitation.

I'd make the obvious jokes about the team's medical department, but
it's not even funny anymore.

I don't have access to Gonzales' medical records and I'm not a physician....
but I'm really inclined to give the doc a pass on this one.

Compression fractures are weird. It's one of those things where there really
isn't a solution, you just hope the body heals.
