The 25,000 in the briefcase is coated with anthrax.  That is the only reason
they are trying to tempt him into accepting it.

I don't think so.  I think that it would be a nice gesture, but
you know that a large portion of the Cub Nation would blame him
if the Cubs were to lose the game with many of them thinking that
he is some sort of jinx.  Maybe they could offer him some free
seats in one of the VIP suites where he could watch the game in
relative privacy.

Two things Bartman has demonstrated to all of us:

he's got class.
and people who refuse to leave him alone, don't.

All that is proves is that his family has money.  That is how he had the
front row seat to begin with.  But I do not blame him any more than I blame
Leon Durham or the goat.  It is just the Cubs way of snatching defeat from
the jaws of victory.

But he is a sort of local legend, if he appreciates it or not.

If the Cubs win the WS I think they should invite Bartman to the victory
parade and officially honor him for the crap he's had to put up with.   I
think most people would forget and "forgive" Bartman if the Cubs did win the
WS.   I would hope people could get over it now but some people are
small-minded and petty I guess.
