You've heard of the Amber Alert, right? I call this the Crimson Alert:
if anyone - ANYONE - spots the Angels offense, call 1-800-GOT-RUNS.

This has been a public service announcement brought to you by the Mad
Council.

(Fer crissake!)

Way too early for a Crimson Alert.

It's mid-season. June Swoon etal.
All Star game coming up.

Angels were one win away from best record in the game.

Summer doldrums time.  162 is way too many games, but that's the road.

Angels will get their second wind in early August.

Enjoy the ride, it's gonna be a long and fruitful one.

It's like the saying goes:

All teams are going to win 60 games and lose 60 games (it's what you do
with the other 42 that determines champs, of course). So, getting upset
at ANY one loss is very silly 'cause you're going to spend at least 40%
of your time upset and that kind of defeats the purpose of watching
baseball for the fun.
