It is exactly that. Aside from a few people who lucked out and got
into TTCs (full time training) I never knew anybody who got substantial
auditing while on staff. All they give you is sec checks.

Free Zone e-meters have existed for years. Contact Holistic Clearing,
Box 4326, San Rafael, CA, 94913.

I suspect that the Free Zone tech was stolen to design the new Quantum
meter. Its principal advantage over traditional meters is the ability
to read properly in the presence of high TA, which FZ meters have had
for years. Again, you can find people on ACT who know way more about
this subject than I do.

The Alphametrics meter costs about $900 new, roughly 1/5th the cost of
a cult meter.

Personally I'd recommend working with a professional at least until
you've run the grades. If you aren't in good shape in these areas -
communication, problems, overts(misdeeds), ARC breaks (upsets),
serv facs (self-justification) - I don't think you can run solo with
any success. I would also recommend against trying it without some
training by an experienced counselor, but these are your choices.
