Uhmmm, this is crossposted to alt.religion.scientology, where the sorry
tale of John Parsons being conned by LRH ("The idiocy of these louts
makes me fairly frantic" - Aleister Crowley on LRH and Parsons) has been
documented in *great* detail. I post it to ask you to back up the claim
that 'Hotel California' has detail one to do with this subject. (There's
no line about "and then he stole my girlfriend and ripped off my money"
in there, for example.)

In a profile in the late 1980s in Los Angeles Magazine,  it came to light that
this song was written about Lori Rodkin.  Rodkin is a jewelry designer who had
had an affair with one of the Eagles (I forget which, euther Henley or Frey).
Sorry to disappoint the groovy ghoulie bunch, but it ain't about Hubbard, OTO
or Crowley, and I will be happy to prove that via the use of 777, the
 quablistic text!
