Is this an admission that you did indeed post the stuff? Hey, how about
doing some color scanning work? I'd love to see the review of Margaret's
services, if what you posted actually exists. (In the global reality,
not in your "local" one)

Btw, I suspect that Margaret is somehow a very efficient "secret"
critic, to be attacked like that by scientology. She successfully
impersonated a net.kook on ars, it is hard to believe that she hit you
so hard.

Well, actually, wgert, we have.  And we haven't seen even one shred of
evidence that will stand up in a court of law on this matter.  But if
you actually have evidence, by all means, show it to us.

Again, it's true.  A fact that was admitted publicly and is corroborated
by the released documents.  Again, if you actually have evidence, I'm
sure there's a lawyer or two down in Florida who would love to hear from
you.

> >  Salient points of current lawsuits have been dropped.

And yet the Church of Scientology[tm] lost trade secret status in every
case they brought.  And once it's gone, it's gone for good.  Now, all
that you have is the far weaker copyright protection.  The Church of
Scientology[tm] has lost and has lost big, regardless of the outcome of
the remainder of your complaints.  In a number of years, all of these
documents become public record.  How does that make you feel, wgert?

> I would say that is the idea behind filing these kinds

Really...then would you care to explain a) why the trade secret
complaint was made?  and b) why it was dropped?

First off, you have posted and reposted the supposed documentation on
the FACTNET computer equipment so many times that soon it will count
as SPAM.

Second, nobody makes any money selling used PC stuff.  Even *new* that
stuff wouldn't add up to more than a few thousand dollars.  What would
it be worth used?
