evidence that will stand up in a court of law on this matter. But if

Again, it's true. A fact that was admitted publicly and is corroborated
by the released documents. Again, if you actually have evidence, I'm
sure there's a lawyer or two down in Florida who would love to hear from

And yet the Church of Scientology[tm] lost trade secret status in every
case they brought. And once it's gone, it's gone for good. Now, all
that you have is the far weaker copyright protection. The Church of
Scientology[tm] has lost and has lost big, regardless of the outcome of
the remainder of your complaints. In a number of years, all of these
documents become public record. How does that make you feel, wgert?
