Read these instructions and ask yourself how anyone could possibly learn to go into a trance-like state or to become hypnotic by sitting in front of someone and learning to just be there comfortably and confront.

Each time I've done them, and each time I've overcome whatever may have been preventing me from just being there comfortably and confronting, my perception has improved; my affinity for people has gone up; my willingness to be alive and *awake* has gone up; my ability and willingness to confront anyone or anything has gone up -- and I could go on and on and on.
Or don't read the instructions, but just imagine yourself sitting across from someone and learning, simply by practice, to just sit there *comfortably* confronting the person in front of you and whoever/whatever else might be in the environment.
