i've recently started working in the prophoto space in photoshop and note that now when i save photos as jpeg's ...they are blue-ish has anyone seen this and does anyone have a work around? tia steve

I just downloaded the tryout version. I've used it a couple of times and still are figuring things out. The last time I started it, the menu in the upper left corner with the feather on top no longer shows. The tab with the feather is there, but nothing shows underneath. How can I get that back? That's the menu I was using!... more »

To Flatten or not to Flatten... Curious

Hi everyone, Curious question...do you flatten your layers when finished? PSD files are huge and flattening seems to compress the size. Also, if you do flatten, can you open them up again to make further adjustments? If so, how do you do this? Cheers!

installed brushes don't work CS2

put them in the brush folder, and inside the brush folder there is another folder called "adobe photoshop only" with some other brushes that came with it, i tried putting them in there too but still, they don't show up when i used the brush tool :( am i missing something? the brush files are all .abr... more »

after installing photoshop it will not let me do any updates. i go under help and download the updates but when it goes to install them it tells me that an error has occurred and i need to reinstall photoshop. there are about 220mb worth of updates to be install. need help to get the updates to install.... more »

Hey guys- So I'm having a bit of trouble installing the Photoshop CS3 trial on my laptop. I meet all the system requirements and am currently running Windows Vista Ultimate, 32-Bit, as my OS. Generate Preview - Save for Web Crashes Photoshop

Ok so when using Photoshop CS3 for web use i usually save for the web and preview in firefox, Now i had a few issues with photoshop, and so reinstalled my system, However since this now when i go to save for web, then preview image, Photoshop freezes during the Generate Preview. I dont know what is the problem but i just cant download Photoshop. When i run the setup the error message pops up saying " Critical Errors were found in the setup -Session has dependencies that cannot be satisfied Please see the setup log files for details. " Im using a Windows Vista Home Premium, and i recently bought this PC. I also have the newest flash player ( adobe flash player 9). So please help me out.... more »
