4. The John Jay Girl's Basketball Team will be holding a summer camp

5. Registration has begun for John Jay's Annual Soccer Camp,
Camp is open to ages 5-12 and will be run by the Girls Varsity and JV

6. WCSD, Office of Continuing Education is offering yoga and pilates
classes this summer at Van Wyck Junior High School. The schedule is

BEGINNING LEVEL VINYASA FLOW YOGA
This class is recommended for people of all ages with little or no
experience. It covers the fundamentals of yoga postures, breathing
exercises, relaxation & meditation. Students should be in good
physical condition, wear comfortable clothing & bring a mat.

INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED VINYASA FLOW
This class is recommended for people of all ages with a basic
understanding of vinyasa. It continues to deepen our awareness of
ourselves using meditation, chanting, pranayama, asanas, and
relaxation. It is a vigorous class; students should be good physical
condition with no injuries, have a minimum practice of a year, wear
comfortable clothing & bring a mat.
