Applying an update to ViewTemplate via plugin

As you may have noticed recently, I tried to make my
TiddlerEncryptionPlugin update ViewTemplate shadow tiddler to include
a decrypt button.
The plugin did the tweak on plugin startup, testing to see if the
tweak was already applied and only applying it if it wasn't.

gradually rotate through. I see that it is experimental so this is my

One of the really nice features of the gmail (Google Mail) is that, as
you're typing, it automatically saves the page every few minutes. Web-
based e-mail without this feature is perfectly usable, but every now
and then you lose a good deal of work. For this reason, until gmail
