transform xmi model to systemC or which translates IBM's OAW model to

I'm not at all familiar with the construction or civil engineering fields, and I wouldn't be surprised if this list is not exactly bristling with architects and civil engineers. But I've often wondered what kinds of techniques people in the industry use to plan and execute large buildings and other civil projects.

I used Papyrus to model some SysML things about 4 months ago, and
found myself looking for the right blocks, diagrams, relations, etc. I
wrote the developers at that time, and they let me know that the
PaPyrus SysML was not yet in a very advanced stage of development. I
recomend you to contact them with a few questions and they will clear
