  I suspect one big problem is a confidence issue. The about us page is too &lt;br&gt; buried; the name of the site might (glimmer rocks) might make some wonder if &lt;br&gt; they were going to get real diamonds or something that glitters and isn&#39;t &lt;br&gt; real. The one testimonial doesn&#39;t sound like it came from a real customer.

  Hi Divya, &lt;br&gt; I am agreed that you should first sell the product via suggested channels &lt;br&gt; referred by Hiroshi Yasukawa &amp;amp; Ahetarm. &lt;br&gt; If there is any branding issue like IMHO wants to be a brand in that &lt;br&gt; segment &amp;amp; so do not like to sell &lt;br&gt; product through auction sites or any other portal then it &lt;br&gt; is different matter altogether.

This may be a branding issue. For example you could add a user-posted picture of the satisfied customer wearing your products on the top page. You could also invest your time a little bit to ask the customers (friends maybe?) to write about your store and experiences in some blogs so if people search glimmerrocks they will see some assuring results.
