Hi list. I owe you an explanation as to why you have not seen any calendars.
A very good buddy of mine, you may know him..most probably do, but anyway he
died on the last Friday of March at 1 pm in the afternoon. He caught that
same awful influenza "A" that I had, and it was just too much for him. He
had been fighting a long illness anyway and that on top of it all just was
too much for him. I miss my buddy more than you can know, and I made these
calendars for us all, but mostly because Cary wanted me to do it, and
because Cary started this list which I have no idea how to do anything with
it, and am just lucky to know how to send you this email. I hope you all get
it and let Cary's friends on other lists know why they have not seen him
around the lists. I have tried a dozen times to make another calendar, but
my heart just isn't in it anymore. My buddy...best buddy Cary Haag is gone
and he isn't here to "critique" my calendars or ad the suns and moons. I
have known Cary for years, and met him through a friend as we were chatting
online. We started talking about computers and he told me things I didn't
know about them and I taught him a few things he didn't know. Cary knew
about the inside, but I knew about Dos, which is what we used back then.
Before I met5 him I used to go into the public chat rooms to get someone to
talk computers with me, but they would all private email me and want to talk
about other things, so I would leave and try to find a forum that was not
above my head and I could understand. I am sorry not to have told you
sooner, but the news just devastated me and I had to force myself to even
get online. I haven't been on since except to get my updates. Today I got 3
weeks of updates as that is how long I have been offline. I think the
"LandOfVos.com still has calendars on that site that are still free to make
and print. Good bye friends and please say a prayer for my buddy Cary. (See
there I go crying again) I am sure going to miss my buddy!!!!
