As many of you know, Service Pool is open for public swimming from
today (5 November) until the end of the year (at least).  You can
check out the schedule here: http://www.muni.org/parks/service_pool.cfm.
Please pass this info along.

If you can take advantage of the lap swim times, especially mornings,
you will have to contend with few (if any) lane mates.

Good for you all---beware--this is a ploy to get us all to shut up for a
while---do NOT let your guard down, sort of like the bond proposals...or
not...just enough to shut us up till they can pass the budget....

Since it is a new year, and KNIK has the first meet, it might be a
good time to remind everyone to get their USA registrations renewed.
Apparently, there was a least one person officiating last year who
was not registered.
