Hi all,

We're coming to the end of the year and we have a couple of cool notes
on which to end.  First, on April 21st we have a workshop for med
students that will be introduction to human rights -- we'll talk a
little about what they are, where they come from, and how they apply
to health professionals.  Whether you're a seasoned human rights
defender/activist or brand new and looking to learn a little more,
come to the pods.  The workshop will be facilitated by Joy Chen, a
good friend of mine from Amnesty International who does Human Rights
Education for them.  Lunch will be provided (12-12:30) and the
workshop will run from about 12:30 - 1:30.

Second, it's time to start talking about next year.  For those of you
who'd like to be involved next year -- in whatever form -- please come
meet with us in the Pods on Wednesday, April 16 at noon.  This will be
a short meeting to discuss what will happen in the coming year and see
who's interested in being an group officer.
