I put the the emergency braking skills I learned at the Experience
Rider Course to good use yesterday. A car made a left turn across my
path and I was able to get the bike whoaed down just enough to just
clear his rear bumper as he crossed in front of me.

If you haven't take the course yet then you should. It could just save
your life.

I was riding solo that day. I could have used her though. My heart rate doubled in less than a second.
