We've got 10 cases of Ocean Spray juice lined up, but are still trying to
locate water and soft drinks for the entire weekend.  Can anyone help?

DOTTIE BALLS:
Dottie Soucie makes the best meatballs!  Or so they tell me.  But I won't find out if
we don't get our hands on 200 pounds of hamburger, 10 dozen eggs and 10 containers
of Italian flavored bread crumbs.  Anyone going to Sam's Club this week?  Would you be able
to pick up an extra package of anything for us?  We would be so grateful!

NEEDED FOR THE ART AUCTION :
Still looking for a jewelry designer!  If there's an artist out there who makes
jewelery and would like to donate a piece to the auction, please email me at

CASH SPONSORSHIP  OPPORTUNITIES:
We still need help to pay for the following:

1.  Sound engineer in the Blue Room ($100.00)

2.  T-Shirts (to help fund next year's Rally & Expo.  PLEASE 
help us get a better head start for next year!  This is going
to be a fabulous kick off, but every "first" could be better!)

3.  Help us pay for tables! The Radisson is helping us out by giving some with linens,
but we need more!  Our auction is growing and so is the guest list! We need $175 total for this.
