Site verification issue - yet again!

It was only a few weeks back that I had issue verifying my site.
Having eventually got Google to verify, now (and for no apparent
reason) my site is, yet again, showing "unverified".

URL Removal - removed pages are still being indexed

Hello, new to the forum here.
Have noticed in recent weeks as I periodically update my site and put
the outdated URL's into the removal tool, they are still showing up
months after I initially removed them. At one point, I had as little
as 5, now I have 18 showing up.
Today, I just added a noarchive tag to my index page. Will this help?... more »

tried html and meta tag; it verifies, then says I need to verify again

I have been tracking my site in Google Webmaster Tools for almost a
year now. Then the other day it told me I needed to verify my site,
said, "Verification status: NOT VERIFIED Last attempt Oct 4, 2008:
We've detected that your 404 (file not found) error page returns a

how do i either stop a map being attached to google search results.
or attach the map of the appropriate center.

Remove denied URLs from GWT "Remove URLs"

How can I remove URLs that are in GWT's "Remove URLs" & have been
denied?
If this feature is not available I would be grateful if Google would
consider adding it.
