How do I move to left and right tabs using the keyboard.

I downloaded Tab Mix Plus for FF3 (http://tmp.garyr.net/forum/
viewtopic.php?t=7031) , but it doesn't have keyboard mappings/
shortcuts to move to the left and right tabs.  Tabbrowser Preferences
1.3.1.1 (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/158) has this
awesome feature, but it's not yet compatible with FF3.

Does anyone know of an extension or any way of doing these keyboard
mappings?
