Up until now, my emails were stacked, meaning you had to click on the
above "stack" to read what your friend previously wrote. Then when I
wanted to reply, I just had to scroll just a few inches to hit the
"reply". Now, it is showing ALL conversations in every email and I
have to scroll FOREVER to the bottom to hit reply. How do you get it
back to stacking instead of showing all conversations in every email
back and forth?

I have never used this "help blog" before. Do they write back to
you? How do we ever find out how to correct the problem? Have you
been able to find help yet?

click on the "collapse all" icon to the right of the emails. this will
"stack" them up again.
also make sure that you're in standard view and not in HTML view - the
latter always shows conversations "opened up".
clear your cache mamory too, that is like aspirine - good for almost
anything.
when you post a question here and want to be notified of replies to
ypor post:
- click on "Options" on the grey stripe at the top
- click on "Email updates to me"
- you will get an email when someone replies to your question
