  Hi, my meeting usually not coming with too many notes. So someone will &lt;br&gt; convert that as a minute and I will &amp;quot;process&amp;quot; my own notes into work &lt;br&gt; action list (GTD in excel), or update my own knowledge base &lt;br&gt; (Evernote), then make a big cross on my meeting paper notes, mark as &lt;br&gt; been process :). &lt;br&gt; You could considering to have a table PC or UMPC device as well

I use a PDA for almost everything when away from &lt;br&gt; my desk, but sometimes it is just easier or necessary to just write &lt;br&gt; thngs down.   Hi, &lt;br&gt; Personally never got on with MindMaps, in theory they sound good but in practice they didn&#39;t quite fit my style of thinking. I prefer Bubble Maps, similar type of concept really just a different organisational structure.
