Do you hate when websites give your email address to other people
without your permission?  Well here is a video that shows you how to
use GMail to find out which websites are doing it.

Why bother with this as a video. It is just displaying text a screen
at a time and telling people to use plus addressing to see which
versions of your address receive spam. A waste of bandwidth.
