Divorcing men have a unique set of practical rules / guidelines to follow, specifically when they express an interest in sole custody (or joint custody over the objection of a child's mother). This group provides a forum in which fathers and divorcing men can benefit from a community of empathetic people and/or professionals. The creator of this group is a partner at a law firm, and practices matrimonial / family law in New York and New Jersey. Other professionals are encouraged to participate in this community, and this group will hopefully become a valuable free resource for fathers, and divorcing men generally.
