Thanks for the reply! No I didn't talk to them, but received more info
from Wagner. I believe my problem was from several issues.

1. I probably have the cylinder overpacked.
2. I am using an uneven worn metal jacket with indentations, etc.
3. Because of the first two issues, I think my creasing rule height
was too much.

So, I resolved it by simply purchasing a shorter creasing rule. The
#32 creasing matrix was pretty much right on for the 2pt rule that I
am using, but I would like to try 1pt creasing rule with #24 creasing
matrix just for kicks if I could find it. But from what I can gather,
the 1pt rule is rare.
