我是gmail.com的用户，最近发现在发送邮件的时候出现了一下问题。电击"发送"弹出对话框"由于已超过了邮件限额，因此无法发送您的邮
件"。
是因为我的邮件过大么？但是我的这个邮件只包括了一个word文档，只有500K。还是因为我的邮箱邮件太多了，在我的邮箱正下发现是"目前您已经使
用 2878 MB 中的 2874 MB (100%)"，可当我删除大部分邮件以后仍然如此显示，目前邮箱中的邮件数目只有300多封，根本不可能
使用了2.8G。
现在我的邮箱因为不能发信而无法使用，知道的朋友请帮帮我呀.
