Seems like this group getting full accredidation from the club is
going to slow. If someone wants to take the rains from me please let
me know. Almost everything is completed we just need to create a board
of members that are card carrying members. I most likely will not be
renewing next year, but I have completed most of the process (contact
at Spurs, written by-laws, contacted web designer). So if anyone wants
to take this to the next level let me know. Sorry if this comes off
very negative, I just want to see this come together and I haven't
been around enough to complete it. I will be glad to help in any way I

That's a bummer, Anthony. What steps remain to be completed? How many
more "card carrying members" are required?
I got super-busy with work this past season and also moved to JP, so I
wasn't around for much of the best part of the season. But I'll be
Spurs for life, so I'm very interested in official status.

I already am a member of the Spurs. I keep thinking I'm going to get there for a game, but I haven't managed to schedule a trip when it was possible to get a ticket yet. Last fall, I settled for Fulham & Plymouth. Two years ago, it was Bolton and both Manchester sides. The unfortunate part of that previous trip is that the gooners were the away side in 2 of the 3 games, and they won them both. :-(
Is there a separate membership of the BostonSpurs? Is the idea that we have to have a number of Spurs members to get recognition?

I am back! I didn't renew my membership because I have no money and
only did it because I planned on making it to London which I never
did. $80 (or whatever it costs goes a long way towards beers at
Pheonix Landing) I don't know if you guys want to get this going
again. I am glad to help in any way. I already wrote up most of the
documents THFC needs to become a legit supporters club. So, who ever
wants to get the ball rolling I will send them the info.
This group grew pretty fast too! Just like the makeup of the club. I
just don't think I have enough time to devote to run the whole thing,
or be president, but I will be at phoenix landing on saturday morning!
I was thinking about making up some fliers or something, or emailing
them and seeing they want to be official pub of our club. what does
everyone think?

Anthony, I am willing to take the reigns. I have spent the last week
or so putting together our own website in readiness. It has some work
to do but its something we can call our own. It will have a news feed
and also a place like Google Groups so we can have our own forums.
I am a member and would love to have all the stuff you have so we can
push this along.
I have my daughter here right now so can not make Saturdays game but
want to get together for future games.
