There are three levels of ham radio licenses: Technician, General, and Extra.   To obtain a ham radio license, you must pass a multiple choice exam, but morse code is no longer required.

You can find some study references from Jacob's Del.icio.us bookmarks. You can take practice exams online.  To pass an exam, you must score 70% or higher.

Our club is also creating some exam prep presentations.  So far, we only have one:

Once you are comfortable with the material, you can take an exam at the BYU Law Library on the third Wednesday of every month at 7pm.  The exam costs $14.
