experience...i've been where you've

i will begin first by referring you to legal experts marci hamilton and

deal with abuse and coverup by jws...thousands of incidents...only a few in
litigation...
also, norris and love attorneys of fort worth, tx., usa...carmen durso,

i lived and worked at the headquarters of jehovah's witnesses in brooklyn,
ny...my roommate, gene,
had been a homosexual before conversion... gene let me know one day that he
had visited a gay
bar as gene had been struggling with "feelings"... gene also told me that
nothing of a physical na-
ture had taken place... a committee meeting was arranged... the elders
talked with me during and
after the meeting... gene was excommunicated... i was in shock, as i told
the elders that there
wasn"t any intercourse or touching... the elders agreed, saying they had
disfellowshipped gene for
"not hating the gay lifestyle enough"... how can you be punished for
something that never did hap-
pen?... that was the final time i saw gene alive...gene committed
suicide...at the funeral i was for-
bidden to tell gene's mother the truth about her own son's death... you see,
with the wt society
a teaching exists, "theocratic warfare" as named by jws, that says in effect
they can "lie without
really lying"... in other words, when sickness, hurt, or death result from
false teaching, "it never hap-
pened"... "the committee cheated"... and gene died as an innocent person...
because i became aware of misinformation leaks, i, too became a target of
jws and their supporters
for fraud, anonymous and false accusation, intimidation, ongoing punishment,
& scare tactics...
gene's story (and mine) are by no means the only ones... there are thousands
of us who've been
injured... and i believe i address both an outrage and a growing concern...

united nations... an organization that the witnesses claim is the tool of
