New to Group 
  Hi Every one, I am 41 physically disabled in a wheelchair needing a lot of care, I have a stroke related condition, osteoarthritis, post traumatic fibromyalgia syndrome, damaged vertebra and other conditions too many to mention. Hand Controls 
  I recently tried to purchase hand controls through a company in Santa Monica that didnt provide training and thet said I didnt need a evaluator to check out if I can drive safely or any one can put them in too.
