Subject: Hand Controls
I recently tried to purchase hand controls through a company in Santa
Monica that didnt provide training and thet said I didnt need a
evaluator to check out if I can drive safely or any one can put them
in too. I find this hard to believe becose of the danger element to
other road users.
Does anyone know what law is on this plaese? I hate to think people in
the mobility industry get fleeced but would hate to think that people
can just drive anything without the proper checks.

Whats the best advice, thanks.

Jim
