  I have tried it now for a few days. Had some difficulties in the &lt;br&gt; beginning to save the changes. All sorted now and it seems to &lt;br&gt; be big improvement to the earlier version. It might work absolutely &lt;br&gt; well for me now. &lt;br&gt; &lt;p&gt;M.

  +1 on DevonThink Pro. In addition to its search and concordance &lt;br&gt; features being very powerful organizing tools for data (sometimes &lt;br&gt; pointing out relationships you may not have spotted) but the build-in &lt;br&gt; scanner and OCR support make it a great way of capturing paper docs &lt;br&gt; into your system. &lt;br&gt; TD

  So then if I am looking for something to do... review each project and see &lt;br&gt; which tasks I could do... &lt;br&gt; OR do I update a list of next actions and see which of those I can do at any &lt;br&gt; given time? &lt;br&gt; I guess figuring out how to create/manage NA lists is the biggest piece of &lt;br&gt; the puzzle
